The Tioga Central Railroad of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania operates excursion and charter trains on a thirty-four mile railroad extending north from Wellsboro, Pennsylvania to a location about three miles south of Corning, New York.

In 2017, regular excursion trains will operate Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from Memorial Day weekend through late October. The fall foliage season is very popular among tourists and locals alike which runs September 24 through the end of the season on October 28. Pennsylvania Scenic Railroad Tours operate from the Wellsboro Junction, three miles north of Wellsboro on State Route 287, to the north end of Hammond Lake in Tioga for an hour and half ride. Extended two hour long rides are available on dinner trains. Reservations are highly recommended for all trains due to a limited number of seats and can be made online or by phone at (570) 724-0990.

Group discounts and special catering menus are available for parties of 35 or more guests. From a bus tour to a birthday party we will work to customize your memorable event.
